I’m opening the doors to a brand-new dental practice here in Gainesville, and I’m looking for the right dentist to help me build it from the ground up.

This isn’t just another associate position—it’s an opportunity to be part of something from day one. To shape the culture, connect with the community, and grow alongside a practice that’s being built with intention, integrity, and heart.

My vision is simple: create a place where patients feel genuinely cared for and where the clinical team feels supported, respected, and proud of the work they do. We’ll serve a broad patient base because I believe great dentistry should be accessible to everyone.

I’m looking for someone who shares that mindset. Someone who leads with empathy, values relationships, and wants more than just a job—you want to build something meaningful.

What You’ll Have Here:

Guaranteed daily pay up to $1,200/day
Quarterly bonus: 32%–35%+ of your personal collections

Someone comfortable with comprehensive care (restorative, preventative, some surgical)
A team player who wants to grow clinically and professionally
Someone open to mentorship, collaboration, and potentially long-term partnership
