What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry.
- Diagnose confidently and educate patients on treatment options.
- Prioritize same-day treatment whenever it's in the patient's best interest.
- Maintain a productive schedule while providing outstanding clinical care.
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and the entire team.
- Continue growing through mentorship, feedback, and continuing education.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical, comprehensive dentistry.
- Growth mindset and willingness to be coached.
