What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure vehicle readiness
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate timely deliveries
- Accurately complete delivery tickets and maintain driving/log records
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service on every delivery
What Are We Looking For
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and adapt to changing job site conditions
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $36.30 to $36.30 per hour
