Maintenance Lead

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and direct timely, effective repairs
- Plan and prioritize preventive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime
- Support and mentor team members to strengthen skills, safety, and performance
- Collaborate with operations to meet production goals and continuous improvement initiatives

- Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams and drive safe work practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize maintenance work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous improvement, efficiency, and equipment reliability
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $30.00 to $34.00 per hour depending on experience
