SUMMARY
The Clinical Specialist - Floater (CS - F) provides expert oversight to ensure the safe, compliant, and high‑quality delivery of in‑center hemodialysis care across an assigned geographic region.
As a float resource, the Clinical Specialist – Floater (CS-F) is deployed across multiple facilities, regions, or markets based on business need. Assignments may vary in duration and require rapid integration into new clinical and operational environments to support performance, staffing, or leadership gaps.
The CS monitors clinical performance, patient outcomes, and adherence to regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards.
Qualifications/Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements include:
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively; assignments may require extended stays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensure in multiple states.
- Current RN or LVN/LPN license in the applicable state; license must be current and in good standing.
- Minimum five (5) years of dialysis experience; including at least 3 years as a dialysis nurse.
