SHIPPING - BACK ISSUE CLERK
Job Summary: Generate back issue orders from receipt through shipment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive orders by e-mail, written and verbal correspondence
- Generate mail labels and inventory reports
- Maintain inventory labels and back issues inventory files
- Update back issue inventories and generate customer reports
- Expedite orders received from Account Management
- Follow all required safety procedures such as: PPE’s, Ergonomics, etc.
- Performs job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.
- Assist with housekeeping in Warehouse area
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge in MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of USPS regulations
- Understanding of the Monarch system
- Be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Previous Shipping experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time.
