Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Will not accept new grads
- Will not accept first time travelers
Assignment Details
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- Expected to work 36 hours, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours
- Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked
- Float to other clinics: no
- Patient population includes vestibular, TMJ, typical orthopedic, and post-op cases
- Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
- Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
