Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience needed.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- On-call or weekend requirement: None.
- Coverage area: Lycoming County, PA.
- Primary responsibilities include completing starts of care, evaluations, and visits for physical therapy.
- Dress code: business casual or blue scrubs.
- Minimum education requirement: Doctoral.
