Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience required
- Knowledge of state therapy laws and home health Conditions of Participation required
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to fifty pounds required
- Valid ability to drive for patient care visits required
