Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- 1 year outpatient physical therapy experience
Assignment Details
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Tuesday and Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Some scheduling flexibility is available
- Float to other facilities may be required
