Minimum Requirements

Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Demonstrated experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.
Ability to document clinical progress using electronic medical records preferred.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
Schedule: 5x8.
Start: ASAP.
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
