Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
- Demonstrated competency with common SNF documentation and care planning processes.
- Ability to manage caseloads that include post-operative, geriatric, and medically complex patients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy or contract therapy experience preferred.
- Additional certifications related to geriatrics, balance/vestibular care, or wound care are preferred.
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
