Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures in Davenport, IA. The clinician will prepare the operating room, sterilize and set up equipment, and provide support to the surgical team to promote patient safety and efficient workflow. This opportunity is in a home health facility context and focuses on perioperative support in an operative environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
- BLS Certification.
- 2 years experience as a certified OR/ Surgical Technologist in a surgical environment.
- Experience with orthopedic procedures preferred, including spine and Mako knee and hip systems (preferred).
- Orthopedic strong CST experience preferred.
- Willingness to work variable shift start times between 0600-0800 and possible on-call requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an orthopedic-focused operating room.
- Familiarity with implant systems and Mako technology.
- Additional perioperative certifications or advanced training preferred.
