Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient experience required. Experience with orthopedic and general outpatient caseloads preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in completing comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and timely documentation, including letters of medical necessity and charge entry.
- Experience supervising or mentoring students and coordinating discipline-specific therapy services preferred.
- Ability to follow clinic policies, physician orders, and payer documentation requirements.
