Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Alabama state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected. (Preferred)
- Authorization to work up to 36–40 hours per week; overtime must be approved by the clinic director.
- Must be a licensed PT; PTA candidates will not be accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous outpatient clinic experience with orthopedics preferred.
- Experience working in travel teams or floating within a regional clinic network is a plus.
Assignment Details
- Shift: Days.
- Floating to other clinics is not required.
- Option to participate in a travel team at this clinic or a neighboring clinic.
- 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week; overtime requires director approval.
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week; typical daily patient load 12–14 with some double-booked follow-ups.
