Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania state Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience completing comprehensive evaluations, writing goals, and developing discharge-focused treatment plans.
- Proficiency with timely, accurate medical record documentation including letters of medical necessity and charge entry.
- Ability to supervise and delegate therapy services and to participate in student education and clinical mentorship.
- Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient clinic workflows and productivity expectations.
- Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and clinical quality metrics.
Assignment Details
- Schedule pattern: 5x8 with variable daily hours.
- Typical weekly pattern: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00–19:00 (10-hour days) and Tuesday, Friday 8:00–13:00 (some flexibility).
- Clinician may be required to follow clinic scheduling needs; floating to other nearby facilities is possible.
