Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The clinician will prepare the operating room, sterilize and assemble equipment, scrub for cases across multiple specialties, assist with positioning and patient care, and support sterile processing tasks as needed. Assignment is located in Green Bay, WI at a hospital-level facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current CST certification from an accredited program (NBSTSA or equivalent).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Surgical Technologist in an OR setting. Bariatric experience is required.
- Robotics experience required (DaVinci XI).
- Experience with ENT, plastics, urology, GYN, minor vascular, neuro, and orthopedic procedures preferred.
- Ability to perform neuro and orthopedic cases.
- Willingness to float between Main OR and East side of the same building.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with robotics procedures (DaVinci XI) emphasized as preferred when not already held.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing system.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 06:45 to 15:15.
- No weekends required. Holiday work possible.
- Floating between Main OR and East side in the same building. Rare possibility of floating to an offsite surgery center.
- Orientation consists of two 8-hour shifts on the unit.
- Telemetry monitoring present; anesthesiologist provides monitoring.
- Scrub color and free on-site parking provided.
