Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to document care using electronic medical records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs and fall prevention initiatives preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
- Work Pattern: 5x8.
- Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
- Contract type: travel assignment requiring work at the assigned skilled nursing facility. Candidate may be expected to float within the facility as needed.
