Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to document patient progress and develop individualized treatment plans preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with common skilled nursing therapy equipment and modalities preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
- Shift Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35.
- Position may require flexibility to float within the client’s network as needed.
