Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred.
- Documentation of current immunizations and TB screening as required by facility policy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with restorative programs, mobility training, and fall prevention preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Workdays: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (coverage may include varying days within that range).
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 35.
- Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
