Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a hospital in Wichita, KS. The MRI Technologist will prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, operate MRI scanners to acquire diagnostic images, and follow physician scanning instructions and departmental protocols to ensure image quality and patient safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI (MR).
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 6 months of current MRI Technologist experience (client requirement).
- Experience operating GE MRI equipment preferred (client preferred).
- Experience in level 1 trauma or critical care environments preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Meditech / CPNT EMR systems preferred.
- Experience administering contrast agents and producing high-contrast diagnostic images.
- Demonstrated teamwork, strong patient-care focus, and self-motivation.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 07:00 - 19:00.
- May work weekends as part of the schedule.
- Busy MRI department with multiple MRI units and recent GE Artist equipment additions.
