Become a vital part of a hospital team in Atlanta, GA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images while following safety and quality protocols. Professional documentation, patient communication, and collaboration with radiologists and clinical staff are required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology program.
- Current ARRT (Computed Tomography or Radiography) certification.
- BLS certification.
- Experience performing CT protocols, IV contrast administration, and image post-processing in a hospital setting.
- Ability to operate multidetector CT scanners and associated PACS systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working nights in an acute care hospital preferred.
- Experience with trauma or high-volume emergency imaging preferred.
Assignment Details
- NOC 12 shift.
- Hours aligned to a 12-hour night schedule.
- May require working scheduled nights consistent with hospital staffing needs.
