You will treat patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury while contributing to multidisciplinary rehabilitation plans.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation, post-acute care, or similar rehab hospital settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide intensive, patient-centered rehabilitation for diagnoses such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital preferred.
- Experience collaborating in interdisciplinary teams and creating individualized treatment plans preferred.
