Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience with a Medicare-certified facility (client-specific requirement).
- Experience using HCHB EMR required (client-specific requirement).
- Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 30 points per week (client-specific requirement).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel or agency home health experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation and billing preferred.
Assignment Details
- M-F schedule with 8-hour shifts.
- Typical schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- On-call or weekend requirements apply.
- Territory includes areas such as Laguna Beach, Monarch Bay, Aliso Viejo, Dana Point, Laguna Hills, Laguna Woods, and Laguna Niguel; candidate must be prepared to travel within the specified territory.
