Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
- BLS Certification.
- 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment.
- Experience working in a hospital operating room setting.
- Ability to function in fast-paced surgical cases and adhere to aseptic technique and OR protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with complex or specialty surgical procedures preferred.
- Additional certifications related to perioperative nursing or sterile processing preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 10:45 - 23:15.
- Shift Pattern: 3x12.
- Expected Hours: 36 per week.
- Location: Green Bay, WI hospital setting.
- Assignment Start: ASAP.
