Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Previous skilled nursing facility experience required.
- Experience performing evaluations, developing therapeutic plans of care, and implementing therapeutic modalities per physician orders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and engaging residents and caregivers in goal setting.
