Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Richmond, VA. Use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will operate and perform quality assurance for imaging equipment, monitor patients, and support the procedural team in a hospital angiography/special procedures environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- BLS certification.
- Valid Virginia state radiologic technologist license.
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology technologist experience with references.
- Experience with neuro IR procedures. (Client requires technologists with Neuro IR experience.)
- Experience with biplane angiography systems (Philips or GE) preferred.
- Experience working with Meditech EMR preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospital angiography/special procedures unit.
- Experience supporting high neuro-volume caseloads.
- Comfort with call after hours and weekend coverage preferred.

- Shift Hours: 0700-1730.
- Shift Days: Days.
- Unit: Angiography / Special Procedures with heavy neuro volumes.
- Equipment: Philips and GE biplane systems in use.
- Dress Code: Navy scrubs.
- Call responsibilities: after-hours and weekend call required.
