Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Completion of pre-assignment HealthStream modules required for new travelers; agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
Preferred Qualifications
- Productivity experience managing 55–63 patients per week, with typical scheduling of two treatments per hour and one-hour evaluations.
- Comfortable with flexible schedules such as 4x10 shifts and availability for two evenings per week.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 0800–1830.
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Schedule options include 4x10s. Must be available for two evenings per week until 7:30 p.m.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Providers must be open to a flexible start date and flexible contract length within the clinic guidelines.
