Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in San Jose, CA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily skills after injury, illness, or disability. This role offers experience in post-acute care and the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered recovery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California OT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.
- Client requirement: experience providing OT services to geriatric populations and familiarity with ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and discharge planning preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems common to skilled nursing facilities preferred.

- Shift Hours: AM 8.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8.
- Assignment requires practice in a skilled nursing facility setting in San Jose, CA.
