Become a vital part of our team as an experienced CT Technologist in Pittsburgh, PA. You will accurately interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT equipment to support patient diagnosis and care in a hospital setting. Candidates should be prepared to work evening shifts and participate in a rotating weekend schedule as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT Technologist experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- BLS certification.
- Experience working in a hospital environment.
- Experience performing contrast-enhanced CT procedures.
- Willingness to work rotating evening shifts and weekend rotations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced CT protocols and multi-detector CT scanners.
- Previous experience in a tertiary or trauma center.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern includes evening coverage with rotating weekends.
- PM shift start time typically 4:00 PM.
- May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
