Novant Health Maternal Fetal Medicine is seeking a compassionate, skilled Sonographer to join our growing outpatient team in beautiful Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. In this role, you'll work alongside Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and specialists dedicated to providing advanced care for high-risk pregnancies and their families.

What We're Looking For:
-Maternal Fetal Medicine experience preferred
-Fetal Echocardiography certification preferred
-Experience performing Doppler studies and nuchal translucency exams
-Ability to assist with amniocentesis and/or CVS procedures preferred
-ARDMS registered or registry-eligible within 12 months of hire
What You'll Do:
-Perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations
-Obtain detailed fetal anatomy and growth assessments
-Perform Doppler studies, NT scans, and AIUM-recommended imaging
-Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
-Assist with specialized procedures, including amniocentesis and CVS, when applicable
