Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active state SLP license required to start the assignment in North Dakota.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to meet productivity standard of 85% as required by the client (preferred).
- Willingness to comply with facility screening, mileage tracking, and travel requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dysphagia management and cognitive-communication interventions.
- Familiarity with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities.
Assignment Details
- Shift: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Scheduled hours total 36 per week.
- Candidate needs to be able to start in December.
- Productivity standard: 85%.
- 14-day cancellation and 36-hour minimum notice requirements apply.
