Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. New graduates are not considered.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience with AI scribe documentation preferred.
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist. PTAs not accepted.
Assignment Details
- Location: Lincolnshire, IL (Outpatient setting).
- Shift Hours: AM 8.
- Schedule options include 5x8 and 4x10; mix of morning and evening shifts supported.
- 13-week assignment.
