Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
- Ability to perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records used in hospital environments.
- Additional certifications such as clinical specialty certifications or advanced manual therapy training are preferred.
