Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey physical therapy license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic practice with 60-minute evaluation and treatment format preferred.
- Documentation competency including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and electronic charge entry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward discharge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supervising students and participating in student programs.
- Familiarity with clinic productivity expectations and performance improvement processes.
- Experience with safe patient handling and materials handling protocols.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: 5x8 (five shifts per week, eight hours per shift).
- Shift may include 1–2 evenings with coverage until approximately 7:00 PM.
- Full-time, flexible 40-hour workweek.
- Candidate may be expected to float to other nearby locations as needed.
