Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to assignment start.
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, if required by the facility.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Completion of required pre-assignment HealthStream modules for new travelers (agency reimburses upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked). Preferred but clearly noted as required by client intake.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week.
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling including 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour formats and availability for two evenings per week until 7:30 p.m.
- Familiarity with outpatient clinic workflows and supportive team-based care models.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Schedule options: open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days.
- Must be available for two evenings per week until 7:30 p.m.
- EMR used: Raintree.
- Float requirements: may be required to work within the outpatient clinic and support site needs as assigned.
