Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana state PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC prior to start.
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience. This is a client-specific requirement.
- Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic caseloads and manual therapy techniques preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow facility dress code (charcoal grey scrubs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience treating orthopedic diagnoses in an outpatient setting, representing approximately 70% of the caseload.
- Exposure to modalities and equipment such as Hivamat, ultrasound, e-stim, BiTs, and laser.
- Previous experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings is a plus.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:30 to 17:00.
- Work days: Monday through Friday.
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
- Patient ratio: 1:1 for therapy sessions.
- Float requirements: None.
- EMR system: Epic.
