Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
- Current clinical documentation and evaluation skills required, including experience with restorative and skilled interventions commonly used in SNFs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with mobility training, fall prevention programs, and assistive device training preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and Medicare documentation preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Work Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
