Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida state PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or hospital-based physical therapy preferred.
- Proficiency with documentation systems and completing evaluations, goal writing, discharge planning, and letters of medical necessity preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with safe patient handling and mobility programs preferred.
- Previous experience precepting students or participating in clinical education preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: 5x8 (day shift).
- Must adhere to hospital safety and documentation standards.

Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services focused on safe patient handling, functional recovery, and discharge planning.
