Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Demonstrated competence in documentation, patient evaluation, plan of care development, and restorative/skilled interventions for geriatric populations preferred.
