Become a vital part of a healthcare team in Overland Park, KS as an experienced CT Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials per protocol, and operate GE CT equipment to perform a full range of CT exams for an outpatient setting. You will document images in McKesson PACS and support timely, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment that manages trauma and routine imaging.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience.
- CT certification required (ARRT – CT preferred or current ARRT with CT credentialing as required by facility).
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
- Current BLS certification.
- Current KS state technologist license or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Demonstrated experience with GE CT scanners, specifically GE Optima systems.
- Trauma imaging experience required.
- Experience using McKesson PACS and Meditech documentation systems preferred.
- Required uniform: black scrubs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional cross-sectional modality experience is desirable.
- Previous work in a high-volume outpatient or hospital trauma setting preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0600–1830.
- Facility requires flexibility and the ability to float to other locations as needed.
- Work includes coverage on trauma cases and all CT exam types.
