Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) in Mason City, IA. You will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images used by physicians to evaluate and treat patients. This role requires adherence to clinical protocols, accurate documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.
- BLS certification.
- Experience performing general diagnostic ultrasound exams and familiarity with ultrasound equipment and image optimization.
- Experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional ARDMS specialty credentials preferred.
- Experience with vascular or cardiac ultrasound exams preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift days include scheduled 0800-1630 hours.
- Schedule may include a combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts (examples: 2 eight-hour shifts 0800-1630 and 2 twelve-hour shifts 0800-2030).
