As a Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled facility. Highlights of your role:

Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.

Select a schedule that works for your life:

*Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.

Monday – Thursday:

Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Pay: $18.50 per hour
Evenings: 3:30pm – 1:30 am Pay: $21.50 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
Strong written and oral communication skills
