Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Iowa state license or compact license required prior to the start of assignment.
- BLS (AHA) certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of previous clinical experience required.
- At least one completed travel contract required.
- Epic EMR experience required.
- Not an employee of the client within the last 12 months.
- Driver's license required.
- Work history/resume required.
- Completed skills checklist within 1 year of submission required.
- License verification, copy of required certifications, and one supervisory reference required at time of submission.
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
- Preferred: additional outpatient experience and experience working within interdisciplinary teams.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift hours: 0800–1630, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
- EMR: Epic.
- Orientation schedule: Every Monday.
- Traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Required to work some summer holidays: 1–2 of Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.
