Become a vital part of a travel healthcare team as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents, and operate CT equipment to deliver high-quality imaging for a hospital in Libertyville, IL.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience required.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- ACR and IEMA certifications required by facility.
- Experience with general CT and vascular CT procedures required.
- EPIC charting system experience required.
- Experience with GE CT equipment preferred.
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center, NICU, or teaching hospital environment preferred.
Assignment Details:
- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift name: Evenings.
- Shift details: Evenings 1300-2300.
- Weekend rotation: Alternating weekends required.
- On-call requirement: 2–3 call shifts per month (maximum).
- Orientation: At least one shift to learn unit flow.
- Patient mix: Inpatient and outpatient; general CT and vascular patients; approximately 50 patients per shift.
- Patient ratio: 1:1 for applicable cases.
- Scrub color: Caribbean Blue.
- PPE: Appropriate PPE provided by facility.
