Minimum Requirements:
- Current Oklahoma Pharmacist license required.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months pharmacy experience preferred. Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- EPIC experience required.
- Demonstrated experience with medication reconciliation for discharge medication lists.
- Clinical competencies preferred: antimicrobial stewardship (interpretation of culture results and recommendations for UTI, pneumonia, SSTI), pharmacokinetic dosing management and monitoring, anticoagulation dosing management/monitoring.
- Experience maintaining controlled substance records and unit-dose/central pharmacy dispensing procedures.
- Ability to prepare, sterilize, and label parenteral medications and ensure sterile product labeling and dating.
- Strong communication skills for gathering prior-to-admission home medication lists and providing discharge counseling to patients and families.
- Knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws, regulations, and hospital formulary processes.
- Ability to participate in quality assurance, medication use review activities, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee initiatives.
- Basic computer and billing function competency for pharmacy systems and charge entry.
- CPR or other facility-required safety trainings as applicable. (Preferred: prior experience with safe patient handling and materials handling programs.)

- Facility type: Hospital.
- Shift: Day (3x8).
- Schedule type: Part-time, 3 shifts per week.
- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Float requirements: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
