Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Washington State physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum experience: Inpatient acute rehabilitation experience required. Facilities seek clinicians with experience treating adult and older adult populations in an inpatient rehab setting.
- Experience with common diagnoses in inpatient rehab, such as stroke/CVA and other neuro conditions, preferred.
- Comfort managing an average patient load consistent with inpatient rehab ratios (approximately 6–7 treatments in an 8-hour day).
- Ability to work with electronic health records and standard inpatient rehab equipment preferred.

- Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital).
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with one weekend day per month and one compensatory day per month.
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
- Patient population: Adult and older adult inpatient rehabilitation.
- Number of beds on unit: 60.
- Typical patient ratio: Approximately 6.5 treatments per clinician in an 8-hour day.
- First day report time: 8:00 AM. Report to front parking and ask for the designated contact upon arrival.
