Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Experience treating geriatric populations and managing mobility and fall-risk programs preferred.
- Ability to document using electronic medical records is preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
