Role Overview:
Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead food services for several potential sales within one of the K‑12 school districts in Chicago, IL. If you’re energized by leading teams, elevating dining experiences, and making a daily impact, this role offers the opportunity to do all three. As the GM, you’ll do more than oversee operations—you’ll shape the student experience by driving innovation, strengthening service excellence, and empowering a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant experience in school nutrition programs
