Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing one-on-one outpatient care. New graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply.
- Experience or comfort working with pelvic health caseload. Client requests approximately 20 hours per week of pelvic PT with remaining caseload general outpatient. This is a client-specific requirement.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records. Client uses Prompt EMR; proficiency preferred.
- Ability to prioritize patient care and maintain patient-centered practice.

- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Caseload: Primarily 1:1 patient care.
- Client expects a split caseload with approximately 20 hours per week focused on pelvic PT and remaining hours general outpatient, start timing to be determined within the next 1–2 months. This is a client-specific requirement.
